1970 Scout 800 with the rare Aristocrat package

This classic is a great example of a clean, stock and original Scout that you dont see on the road much anymore. She runs great and needs nothing to start driving on the weekends. Powered by a numbers matching drivetrain: a 304 V8 with a dual exhaust that sounds amazing going down the backroads and a 3 speed automatic transmission that shifts nice and smooth. Shes also 4wd so shes ready to go off-road too. The body is in decent shape with minor imperfections. The factory correct light green body paint combined with the deep blue removable top manages to turn heads wherever she goes. The interior is in great shape which is also factory correct colors. The only thing not stock in the interior is the Kenwood AM/FM head unit with two rear kickers which sound good.

1965 International Harvester Scout 80

About this vehicle
Driven 170,000 miles
Manual transmission
Exterior color: Blue Interior color: Blue
Fuel type: Gasoline
Good condition
Clean title
This vehicle has no significant damage or problems.

If you've been looking for an early Scout that hasn't dissolved into rust, this is it!

1965 International Harvester Scout 80 that spent most of its life in the dry Montana climate before coming to Vermont. The frame is solid with minimal surface rust, a rare find for these trucks.

Features include:

3-speed manual transmission
4WD
Slight lift for additional ground clearance
Rhino-lined bed and inner fenders
Removable hard top and doors
Fold-down windshield
Classic light blue paint
Clean, simple dash
Runs and drives great

This Scout has the perfect amount of character. It's not an over-restored truck. You can load it with firewood or head down a dirt road, or work to restore it. But it's clean enough to turn heads everywhere it goes. These early Scout 80s are becoming harder and harder to find, especially ones that haven't been eaten alive by rust.

Whether you're an International Harvester collector, looking for a vintage hunting rig, or just want one of the coolest classic 4x4s ever built, this Scout won't disappoint.

1963 International Harvester Scout 80

1969 International Harvester Scout 800

Offered for sale is a sharp, highly collectible 1969 International Harvester Scout 800, finished in an eye-catching Bahama blue
with a crisp white removable hardtop and matching side and hood stripes. Powered by its factory 304 cubic-inch V8 engine paired
with a 3-Speed manual transmission and factory 4WD, this Scout represents the golden era of vintage American utility 4x4s.

Mechanical & Performance Highlights:

Engine: Factory 304 V8 engine that starts easily, idles smoothly, and drives down the road nicely. NEW carburetor, NEW tune-up
(carb running rich, needs to be adjusted), NEW dual exhaust. NEW passenger gas tank (2 tanks), NEW tires. Lots of other things
new.

Transmission & Drivetrain: 3-speed manual shifter paired with a rugged dual-range transfer case for true 4x4 capability.

Odometer: Shows 98,000 original miles.

Stance & Wheels: Riding on classic white-painted steel wheels wrapped in NEW (less than 100 miles) aggressive all-terrain rubber,
complete with manual locking front hubs.

Underside: SOLID frame and GOOD body mounts. Driver's side floorboard has been patched. Rear cargo area has diamondplate to
reinforce it. It is nowhere near perfect under there, but it's solid and has been UNDERCOATED to prevent any further rusting. This
is a nearly 60 year old truck, please don't expect showroom condition under there. LOOK AT PICTURES PROVIDED.

Cosmetic Presentation:

Features a very clean, attractive respray in vibrant Bahama blue complemented by side accent striping and a bright white hardtop
roof.

Solid body lines with clean chrome accents, aftermarket auxiliary fog lamps on the front bumper (not yet hooked up), and a rear
step bumper with a hitch receiver.

Classic utilitarian interior layout reflecting the traditional rugged layout of the Scout 800 series. Seats and dash pad are in
GOOD shape as shown, normal wear.

Vehicle RUNS & DRIVES as you can see in the video, but needs to be dialed in properly. Nothing major needed, some carb adjustment,
radiator has a tiny pinhole that needs patched. I believe one of the valves has a tap and needs small adjustment. Basically it
needs a good going over. Brakes seem to grab well and clutch catches, but again i'd double check everything before starting to use
it daily. It's 90% there, waiting for a new owner to button it up to their liking.

1980 Scout II

1978 International Scout II

In 1902 the International Harvester Company was born out of the merger of multiple agricultural manufacturers and immediately took a large share of the US farm equipment market. In 1907 they entered into the motor vehicle race and gradually made their shift from farms to commercial transport. Later on they began focusing on consumer vehicles which brought upon the Scout. They were produced from 1961 and 1980 but after their hiatus will be returning in 2028 with a modernized version. This 1978 International Scout II is a beautiful example that has been entirely restored. The body is very straight and it is all rust free. It has been repainted in a metallic Orange that has a nice shine and is very eye catching. That is paired with a Dark Gray painted grill and headlight bezels. To keep a touch of chrome the original bumpers have been kept in place and they have a nice shine with no pitting or issues. The modified tailgate has custom block inserts with "Scout" embossed on the right side. The glass is all good throughout and is slightly tinted. It rides on American Racing mag wheels with locking hubs and off road Falken Wildpeak A/T tires.

Pop the forward lifting hood to reveal the rebuilt International 345ci V8 motor. It is nicely dressed up with painted International valve covers and is topped off with an Edelbrock 4 barrel and chrome air cleaner. It runs great and with power steering, power brakes and air conditioning is a very comfortable cruiser. During the restoration the front end, suspension, brakes, and automatic transmission were completely rebuilt so it is ready to go. Underneath it is very clean with a painted to match gas tank, painted to match shocks, and all new floors.

The interior in it is all custom with a price tag around $15,000. It is done in a two tone Orange and Gray with custom diagonal stitching on the seat inserts and door panels. The fun doesn't in there because when you look up is a beautiful custom headliner with custom courtesy lights. The front bucket seats are in excellent condition as is the rear bench seat. The dash has all been repainted and was modified with an aftermarket stereo and a Vintage Air AC system that blows cold. On the newly carpeted floor is the shifter and 4 wheel drive controls which function properly.

It has been driven very little since completed so the restoration looks like it was just finished. It has never been shown so you will be the first to unveil it to the world.

This fresh Scout could be yours for $49,950.00!

This is a Montana Truck that's been in Wisconsin since 2020. The engine was rebuilt in 2018 and is out of a different scout. This was a daily driver before coming to Wisconsin. The biggest upgrades are electronic ignition and a new gas tank. The frame is solid and the body is ok. She does have some issues. The gas fill hose is cracked and will need replacing, the starter needs to be replaced and the battery might also have gone south. I drove the truck this spring, I am sure we could pull start it. In addition to the truck I have the topper, new rear brake drums, a windshield seal kit and other misc. parts.

This is an unrestored, driver-quality Scout and is not rust-free. Known rust is present around areas including the door jamb/rocker areas, bed rails and rear quarters. The underside shows surface oxidation, but the frame appears solid in the areas I have inspected and photographed.

There is also an oil leak at the transfer case.

I have tried to represent the Scout accurately rather than hide its imperfections. I have additional photos and a video of the engine running available for serious buyers.

Hard top is not included. I had the hard top when I purchased the Scout but did not plan to use it and gave it away.
